Animal Control

Knoxville has an Animal Control Office in both the city (within the Knoxville Police Department) and the county (within the Knox County Sheriff’s Office).  Animal Control Officers enforce animal laws, including animal cruelty and minimum care requirements, such as shelter, food, and water. Spay/Neuter Services:

Low-cost spay/neuter services are available through Young William Spay Neuter Solutions Clinic.  Surgeries are performed at the YWAC at 6400 Kingston  Pike and at various locations in Knoxville through the Young Williams Spay Shuttle.  865-215-6677

Pet Food Pantry:
